Smoking Apes Terms & Ticket Conditions
These Terms & Ticket Conditions apply to all Smoking Apes ticket purchases and attendance at Smoking Apes events. By purchasing a ticket, submitting your details, or attending an event, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Age Restriction
Smoking Apes events are strictly limited to adults aged 18 and over. We will require valid government-issued identification at check-in, or at any stage before entry is granted. Entry may be refused if satisfactory identification is not provided.
2. Tickets and Pricing
Ticket prices are set according to the relevant event and location. A Plus 1 may only be added where that option is made available at checkout and paid for in full. Ticket inclusions, refreshments, drinks, desserts, extras and goody bags may vary depending on the venue, city and event format. All included food, drinks, desserts and hospitality items are offered on a fair-use basis to ensure balanced service and equal enjoyment across all registered guests.
3. No Refunds Policy
All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, no refund will be issued unless Smoking Apes cancels the event and does not provide an alternative date. If an alternative date is offered, your ticket will be transferred to the replacement date unless otherwise stated by us.
No refunds will be given for change of mind.
No refunds will be given if you are unable to attend.
No refunds will be given in the event of a no-show on the day of the event.
4. Secret Location Release
Event locations are intentionally withheld until 48 hours before the event. This forms part of the Smoking Apes event format. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept that the location will be disclosed at a later time and that you are solely responsible for arranging your own travel once the location has been revealed.
5. Entry Conditions
You must present the original ticket associated with the same email account used to complete the purchase. Screenshots will not be accepted as proof of entry. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, assigned, or given to another person. If the ticket holder’s details cannot be matched to the attendee, Smoking Apes reserves the right to refuse entry without refund. Guests who have not purchased a Plus 1 must not arrive with additional attendees. Any unregistered guest will be denied entry.
6. Capacity and Admissions
Smoking Apes plans food, drinks, staffing, and venue logistics according to final paid attendance numbers. For this reason, unbooked guests cannot be accommodated, and we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is not properly booked, verified, or otherwise compliant with these terms.
7. Fair Usage Policy
Fair Use of Food, Drinks and Hospitality Food, desserts, drinks and any additional hospitality items included with a ticket are provided on a fair-use basis for registered guests only. Smoking Apes reserves the right to manage and allocate all food, drinks, desserts and extras in reasonable portions so that all attendees have an equal opportunity to enjoy the event offering. Guests may be refused additional servings where necessary to protect overall availability, maintain fairness, or ensure suitable provision for later arrivals. Included hospitality must not be stockpiled, shared with non-ticketed persons, removed from the venue in unreasonable quantities, or otherwise abused. We reserve the right to limit service at our discretion where we believe fair use is not being respected.
8. Event Changes
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the venue, line-up, timings, menu, inclusions, format, suppliers, or operational details where necessary. Such changes shall not automatically entitle any ticket holder to a refund.
9. Conduct and Removal
We reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove, any guest without refund where behaviour is unlawful, threatening, abusive, unsafe, disruptive, excessively intoxicated, or otherwise inconsistent with the safety, privacy, or enjoyment of the event.
10. Identification and Personal Data
Identification information will be requested for age-verification and anti-fraud purposes. Where identification images are collected, they will be stored on a secure server with restricted access, encryption, and an appropriate deletion schedule.
11. Liability

Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smoking Apes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, cost, damage, or expense, including travel, accommodation, missed transport, personal scheduling issues, or any other expense arising from a guest’s inability to attend, late arrival, refusal of entry, or the later release of the venue location.
